a compressed workweek that fits the employee and the
business
Assessing
the feasibility of compressed workweeks for exempt
employees who already
work long days
Blending
compressed schedules with adequate coverage
Dealing with the effect of long days on both the
individual and on productivity
Assuring accessibility/flexibility on scheduled days off
