This training is designed to teach employees and
managers how to implement successful compressed workweek
arrangements and manage them effectively.
It is meant for those of you who are investigating
compressed workweeks, preparing to embark on a
CWW or already on a CWW.
Well-implemented and well-managed compressed workweeks can be beneficial for both employees and the
company. However, challenging issues can arise in
executing them.
This training will take you through many of those
issues. There are separate sections for exempt (not overtime
eligible) and non-exempt (overtime-eligible) employees
because this difference leads to distinct implementation
strategies. Thus the exempt section begins with a
valuable “myth and reality” primer. |
